Sales Manager - English Speaking


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Bayan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective management and leadership of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Lead, train, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve targets
- Establish strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide feedback for improvement
- Develop pricing strategies in line with company objectives
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, 1-year contract with possibility of extension
