Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Nizwa, Oman

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all operations of the restaurant
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed
- Create schedules for employees to ensure proper staffing
- Maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- Handle customer complaints or issues effectively
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to budgetary guidelines and control costs

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing profitability
- Sound knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems
