Baker (English-speaking) in Izhevsk, Russia



We are seeking a talented and experienced Baker to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods and pastries that meet the demands of our customers. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have experience working in a professional bakery environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of bread, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods
- Measure ingredients accurately and mix them to the correct consistency
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
- Decorate baked goods with icing, glazing, or other toppings
- Follow established recipes and develop new recipes as needed
- Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Malayalee or Nepali language skills preferred but not required)
- Proven experience as a Baker (at least 1 year)
- Knowledge of different types of flour, yeast, sugar, and other baking ingredients
- Ability to use commercial baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, etc.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes closely
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy bags of flour or sugar
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Izhevsk, Russia

Preference: This position is open to all nationalities; however, candidates who are Malayalees or Nepali speakers are preferred.

Accommodation: This is a without accommodation position. Candidates must arrange their own housing in Izhevsk.

Urgency: This is an urgent position. Candidates who can start immediately are preferred.
