Head Baker


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the bakery operations and ensuring that high-quality baked goods are consistently produced. This is a contract position suitable for men with a salary of 1600$. No English language skills are required, and the job is open to Filipinos and foreigners alike.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bakery operations, including production schedules, inventory management, and quality control.
- Create new recipes and oversee the production of all baked goods.
- Train and supervise bakery staff, including bakers, pastry chefs, and assistants.
- Monitor expenses and maintain budget goals.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Baker or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Ability to create new recipes while maintaining consistent quality.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in training and managing staff.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, candidates with the following qualifications will be given preference:
- Experience working in a high-volume bakery or restaurant setting.
- Familiarity with Russian baking techniques and recipes.
