We are seeking a Junior Network and Systems Administrator to join our growing team in Shan, Philippines. As a Junior Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's computer network and systems, ensuring their smooth operation and security. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with minimal experience to gain hands-on experience in the field of IT.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Maintain security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Provide technical support to users for network and system related issues
- Conduct regular backups of data to ensure its integrity
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of networking protocols and equipment (TCP/IP, routers, switches)
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills

Salary: 1300$ per month
