Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Vianden. Your main duties will include coordinating with contractors, supervising construction progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing project budgets and timelines. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients and stakeholders, resolving any issues that may arise during the project, and ensuring high-quality work is delivered within budgetary constraints.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in construction management and possess excellent leadership skills. A degree in civil engineering or a related field is preferred. Additionally, you must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and knowledge of building codes and regulations are also required.
