Senior Art Director



We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Art Director to join our thriving team in Medina. As the Senior Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction and visual aesthetics of our company's projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creative direction and visual aesthetics of all company projects
- Manage a team of designers and provide guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work
- Collaborate with other departments to develop concepts and ideas that align with the company's brand
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's design approach
- Present ideas and concepts to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet project objectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Mentor junior designers and provide opportunities for growth and development within the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills across various mediums (print, digital, etc.)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
