Art Director for Creative Agency in Medina


We are a rapidly growing creative agency in Medina, seeking an experienced and talented Art Director to join our team. As the Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing all visual aspects of our projects, from concept development to final deliverables. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and ideas for client projects
- Create high-quality designs and visual assets for various platforms including print, digital, and social media
- Lead and manage a team of designers to ensure projects are completed on time and meet our high standards of quality
- Present designs and concepts to clients and provide rationale behind design decisions
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into designs
- Ensure all projects align with the client's brand guidelines and overall vision

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively present ideas to clients
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an advertising or marketing agency environment
- Familiarity with video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
