Senior Architectural Designer

As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design process of various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure that designs meet all necessary requirements and are completed within budget and on schedule. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential in this role as you present design concepts to clients and collaborate with team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to final construction documents
- Perform site analysis and create design proposals that meet client needs
- Produce detailed drawings, models, and renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals as needed throughout the design process
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision, address concerns, and present design proposals
- Manage project timelines to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Conduct on-site visits during construction to ensure designs are being implemented correctly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working collaboratively with a team

Preferred:
- Master's degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect
- Experience managing a team

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on qualifications)
City: Shan (flexible for remote work)
