Job Title: Head Chef for Fine Dining Restaurant in Ajman


We are seeking a talented and creative Head Chef to lead our fine dining restaurant located in the vibrant city of Ajman. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, from menu creation to food preparation and presentation. Our ideal candidate must have a passion for cooking, an eye for detail, and exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and appealing menus that adhere to our restaurant's concept and standards
- Manage food inventory and ordering to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, prep chefs, and dishwashers
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new dishes and specials
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
- Adhere to all food safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Excellent knowledge of different cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Creativity in menu development and presentation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be fluent in English

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1300$ per month based on experience.
