Executive Chef (Malayalee/Kenyan)
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Ajman. As a member of our diverse culinary team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in creating delicious and visually appealing dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing new menus that cater to the preferences of our Malayalee or Kenyan clientele
- Managing kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and budgeting
- Training and supervising kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel
- Strong knowledge of Malayalee or Kenyan cuisine, including traditional dishes and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
- Creativity in menu development and presentation of dishes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
