Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet revenue targets
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to inform business decisions
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions for the sales team
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop effective promotional campaigns
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, forecasts, and budgets to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Malayalees or Canadians market is an advantage
