Loader Operator


A reputable construction company in Manama is seeking a skilled and reliable Loader Operator to join our team. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and transport materials at various construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate loader machinery to load and move materials such as dirt, rocks, sand, and construction equipment
- Transport materials from one location to another using the loader
- Conduct pre-operational checks on the loader to ensure it is in safe working condition
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the loader as needed
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while operating the loader
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate loading activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating loaders in a construction or similar setting
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to read and understand instructions, safety manuals, and warning labels
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness for maneuvering the loader in tight spaces

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position without accommodation. The working hours may vary depending on project schedules but are typically 40 hours per week. The job may require working outdoors in various weather conditions. The company will provide visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.
