Mason Foreman

As a Mason Foreman for our construction company in Dickirch, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating a team of masons to complete various construction projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a mason and 2 years in a supervisory role. You should also possess strong leadership skills and the ability to read blueprints and follow building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the work of masons, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and experience
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor the quality of work being done by the team
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Order necessary materials and equipment for each project
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other tradesmen to ensure smooth progress of projects
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during construction

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a mason, preferably in a variety of projects such as residential, commercial, or industrial buildings
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools used in masonry work
- Ability to read blueprints and follow building codes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Good communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and other tradesmen
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks as required

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Dickirch (must be able to legally work in Luxembourg)

Contract Type: Full-time (40 hours per week), contract position

Nationality Preference: Kenyans (due to visa restrictions)

Language Requirement: English (basic level required for communication with team members and clients)

Additional Requirements: Must possess a valid biometric passport for travel purposes.
