Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet all safety and building code requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed design plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research and select appropriate materials for construction
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity and feasibility of designs
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

1400$ per month
