Factory Machine Operator


We are in search of an experienced Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Osijek. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery in our factory. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong attention to detail and technical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain factory machinery according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on machines as needed
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and report any shortages
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Communicate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a machine operator, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills
- Ability to read technical manuals and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to detect any malfunctions or defects in machinery
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this position.
