As a Contract Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to maintenance, repair, and installation at various properties throughout the city. This is an urgent job opportunity that offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month and includes a free visa and ticket for foreign candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs at various properties such as apartments, offices, and commercial buildings
- Install and repair plumbing systems, electrical wiring, appliances, and other equipment
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets safety standards
- Communicate with property owners and management to report any findings or completed work
- Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment needed for the job

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other handyman tasks
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions independently
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Valid driver's license preferred
