Surveyor - Land and Property
Our prestigious surveying firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land and property surveys, collecting data, and producing detailed reports for our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in surveying, strong knowledge of land surveying techniques, and proficiency in using surveying equipment. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $1600 per month and visa sponsorship for non-local candidates. Responsibilities:
- Conduct land and property surveys using various surveying equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and laser scanners
- Collect data on land boundaries, topography, and existing structures
- Analyze collected data to produce detailed reports and maps
- Consult with clients to understand project requirements and provide recommendations
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and within project deadlines
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects
- Keep up-to-date with current surveying techniques and technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in using various surveying equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and laser scanners
- Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to consult with clients effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Preferred:
- Experience working internationally or in the Middle East region
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to land surveying in Abu Dhabi
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
