Information Security Analyst

As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting the organization's sensitive information and ensuring the security of its systems and networks. You will work closely with IT teams to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement measures to prevent cyber attacks. Your role will also involve conducting risk assessments, developing security policies and procedures, and responding to security incidents. This position requires strong technical skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor networks and systems for security breaches
- Conduct regular vulnerability scans and penetration testing
- Analyze security logs and investigate suspicious activities
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure configuration of systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging threats
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities
- Respond to security incidents by containing, investigating, and mitigating them
- Train employees on information security awareness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven work experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), antivirus software, etc.
- Familiarity with risk assessment tools and technologies
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Acre, Israel (open to all nationalities)
