IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our growing team in Chelyabinsk. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure and operations. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining systems and networks, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the security of our data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of systems and networks
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by employees or customers
- Ensure the security and integrity of company data through regular backups and disaster recovery plans
- Monitor network performance and make recommendations for improvements as needed
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation in the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Proven experience leading a team of IT professionals
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, and system security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with different teams within the company

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Chelyabinsk (open to candidates from other countries)

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Experience Level: Senior
