As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure the right products are available in the right stores at the right time.

Requirements:
- Experience in merchandising, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop merchandising plans for different product categories based on market demand and inventory levels
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, promotions, and product placement in stores
- Monitor stock levels and make recommendations for replenishment or clearance of slow-moving products
- Work closely with store managers to ensure proper execution of merchandising plans, including visual displays and promotions
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends to management
