Senior Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various projects, including residential and commercial buildings. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for various projects based on client needs and budget
- Create detailed blueprints, 3D models, and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare project proposals, estimates, and budgets
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect, preferably in residential or commercial projects
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:
- Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience working on sustainable/green building projects
- Familiarity with BIM software (Archicad)

Salary: $1000 per month

City: Beer-Sheva
