Formwork Specialist


We are in need of a skilled Formwork Specialist to join our team in Shan. As a Formwork Specialist, you will be responsible for constructing and setting up formwork for concrete structures, ensuring accuracy and quality in every project. Your attention to detail and ability to read and interpret blueprints will be crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Construct formwork for concrete structures according to specifications and blueprints
- Calculate dimensions and angles, as well as measure materials needed for each project
- Erect, level, and secure formwork using various tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and screws
- Place reinforcement bars and wire mesh inside the forms before pouring concrete
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all measurements to avoid errors in the final structure
- Remove forms once the concrete has dried and clean up the worksite afterwards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role
- Basic understanding of construction principles and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
- Knowledge of different types of formwork materials such as wood, metal, or plastic
- Physical strength and stamina to work on your feet for long hours in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail with excellent math skills

Salary: $1500/month

Location: Shan (with accommodation provided)
