Restaurant Manager - Abu-Dhabi (Indian Cuisine)
We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our Indian cuisine restaurant in Abu-Dhabi. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, from hiring and training staff to ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Supervise and train staff on customer service, food preparation, and safety standards
- Create employee schedules and manage payroll
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain high levels of food quality and presentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop marketing initiatives to attract new customers
- Monitor restaurant performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant
- Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or holidays as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Salary:
1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
