Facade Technician - Acre, Kenya

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in Acre, Kenya. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing building facades. This includes working with various materials such as glass, metal, and stone to create aesthetically pleasing and functional facades. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install new building facades according to blueprints and specifications
- Conduct regular maintenance on existing facades to ensure safety and functionality
- Repair damaged or broken facades using appropriate tools and techniques
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality workmanship
- Order necessary materials for facade projects and maintain inventory levels
- Keep detailed records of all facade installations, repairs, and maintenance work
- Follow all safety protocols at all times while working on facades

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in facade installation preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with building facades in a professional setting
- Solid understanding of various facade materials including glass, metal, stone, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials as needed
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
