Handyman - Contract Position in Clairvaux



We are hiring a skilled and experienced Handyman for a contract position in Clairvaux. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our facilities. This is an urgent job, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify and address any issues
- Repair equipment and appliances as needed
- Install fixtures and fittings
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and ensure they are well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Respond promptly to clients' requests for repairs or assistance
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Solid understanding of basic repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Other Requirements:
This is a contract position for 6 months with the possibility of extension. The salary for this position is 1200$, with accommodation provided. We welcome candidates from all nationalities, but preference will be given to Egyptians or Nepalis due to language requirements. Basic English skills are required for this job.
