We are hiring a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Balzers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing a restaurant, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly, meeting financial targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, inventory management, and budgeting
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Train and manage staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials
- Maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role in the food industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proficient in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control techniques
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1500 per month.
