Executive Chef in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia



We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations in our high-end restaurant. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff
- Plan and create menus that are innovative and meet the standards of our restaurant
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene according to food safety standards
- Train new staff members on cooking techniques, menu items, and kitchen procedures
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and menu pricing

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant
- Culinary degree or equivalent training from an accredited institution
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region
- Are Pakistani or Nepali nationals
- Have a biometric passport
- Are graduates from culinary schools
