Part-Time Manager for Malayalees in Abu Dhabi

We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Part-Time Manager for our Malayalee community in Abu Dhabi. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our community services. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours, offering a salary of $1500.

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with strong knowledge of the community in Abu Dhabi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in management or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all community services and activities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall functioning of the community
- Maintain regular communication with members, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Coordinate events and programs to promote cultural awareness and unity among Malayalees in Abu Dhabi
- Ensure proper record keeping and financial management of community resources
