Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy at our hotel in Shan. They will work closely with the hotel management team to identify target markets, develop pricing strategies, and execute promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract guests and increase revenue
- Identify and develop relationships with potential clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and online booking platforms
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure our hotel stays competitive in the market
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to set room rates, create packages, and design promotions
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel's services
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities
- Train and mentor the sales team to ensure they are knowledgeable about the hotel's offerings and able to effectively sell them to potential clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month plus commission based on performance. This position does not require English proficiency or provide accommodation. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport. We welcome candidates from all nationalities.
