Facade Technician

The Facade Technician will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of building facades in Triesen. This role requires knowledge of various facade materials and techniques, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams. The ideal candidate will have experience working with glass, metal, stone, and other facade materials. They must also be able to work at heights and in various weather conditions. This is a contract position with no accommodation provided, but a free visa and ticket will be included for non-locals. Freshers are welcome to apply.

As a Facade Technician, you will:

- Install new building facades according to blueprints and specifications
- Repair damaged or worn facades using appropriate materials and techniques
- Perform routine maintenance on existing facades to ensure safety and functionality
- Work at heights using scaffolding, ladders, or other equipment as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on facades
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure proper installation and maintenance of facades
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Stay updated on new facade materials and techniques through ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in facade installation/maintenance is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in facade installation/maintenance role
- Proficiency in reading blueprints/diagrams related to building facades
- Knowledge of various facade materials such as glass, metal, stone, etc.
- Ability to work at heights using necessary equipment safely
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Familiarity with safety protocols related to working at heights and handling construction materials/equipment
- Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients
- Flexibility to work in different weather conditions and adapt to changing project needs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Triesen, Liechtenstein (Candidates of any nationality may apply)

Job Type: Contract (3-6 months, with possibility of extension)

English Proficiency: Not required, but basic communication skills would be an asset.
