Office Assistant - Pakistan (Clairvaux)
We are currently hiring for an Office Assistant to join our team in Clairvaux. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for office staff
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing outgoing mail
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry
- Keep office area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
