We are a construction company based in Beer-Sheva, Israel and we are currently seeking a Loader to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for Filipinos looking for a job in the construction industry.

As a Loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials and equipment onto trucks and other vehicles at our construction sites. You must have experience in operating heavy machinery and possess strong physical stamina to handle the demands of the job.

This position requires no English proficiency or previous experience, making it suitable for freshers or those with minimal work experience. However, you must have a valid work visa or be eligible for visa sponsorship to work in Israel.

Your main duties will include operating the loader safely and efficiently, following safety protocols and regulations, maintaining equipment cleanliness and reporting any malfunctions or damages. You must also be able to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions.

The ideal candidate for this role should be physically fit, have good hand-eye coordination, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work well in a team environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
