Floral Designer



We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team at a bustling flower shop in Al-Kuwait. As a Floral Designer, you will use your artistic skills to design and create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and special events. This position requires someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for creating stunning floral designs.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Design and create unique floral arrangements using different types of flowers, foliage, and other materials
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies
- Ensure all orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their floral selections
- Keep up-to-date with current floral trends and techniques

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Floral Designer
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their care, and arranging techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in floristry or related field preferred
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 25 lbs)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1400$

Location: Al-Kuwait

Preference for nationality: Indians and Canadians

Visa requirement: Must have own visa or valid work permit for Kuwait. No English language proficiency is required for this position.
