Industrial Painter

Our industrial painting company in Nairobi is seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnishes, and other coatings to various surfaces using specialized equipment and techniques. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in industrial painting and a strong understanding of different painting methods, materials, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling in cracks or holes
- Mix paints and match colors to desired shades
- Apply paint or other coatings using spray guns, brushes, or rollers
- Follow technical specifications and safety guidelines
- Ensure proper ventilation and use of protective equipment
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Keep records of materials used and time spent on projects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as an Industrial Painter
- Knowledge of different painting techniques, materials, and safety procedures
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and follow instructions
- Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for color matching
