Industrial Painter

A reputable industrial painting company in Nairobi is seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for painting and maintaining various industrial equipment, structures, and surfaces. They should have experience with different types of paints and coatings, as well as the ability to mix colors and apply them evenly. The Industrial Painter should also have knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to painting in an industrial setting. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a team environment. Prior experience in industrial painting is preferred but not required.

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience working as an Industrial Painter
- Knowledge of different types of paints and coatings
- Ability to mix colors and apply them evenly
- Familiarity with safety procedures related to painting in an industrial setting
- Physical stamina and attention to detail
- Team player with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, or priming them
- Mix paints and coatings according to instructions or color formulas
- Apply paint using various methods such as brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Ensure that painted surfaces are free of imperfections and evenly coated
- Follow safety protocols while working with paints, chemicals, and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Communicate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
