As a Commercial Architect based in Ufa, Russia, your main responsibility will be to design and oversee the construction of commercial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet their requirements. Your duties will include creating detailed plans and drawings, obtaining necessary permits, overseeing construction progress, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. You must have a strong understanding of commercial building design principles, as well as knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and project management. Excellent communication skills are essential in order to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is required for this position. Experience working on commercial projects is preferred but not required. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month. No prior experience is necessary but you must have your own visa for working in Russia.
