As an Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative operations in our company located in Lusail, Qatar. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of administrative staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
- Oversee the daily operations of the administrative department
- Manage and train administrative staff
- Monitor budget and financial resources for the department
- Ensure compliance with company regulations and legal requirements
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination
- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise within the department or with external parties
- Keep track of office supplies inventory and order as needed
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, conferences, etc.
- Maintain accurate records and documents for future reference
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in an administrative leadership role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing a team effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Salary: $1200 per month
