Construction Manager


We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Al-Malikiyah. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning stages to completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Oversee budgeting and cost control measures
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress and address any issues or concerns
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Manage labor resources and subcontractors as needed
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, best practices, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proficiency in project management software

This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1200$ per month without accommodation.
