Job Title: Entry-Level Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Construction Manager in Al-Malikiyah. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with limited experience in the construction industry who is eager to learn and grow in their career.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and management of construction projects from start to finish
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project deadlines are met and budgets are followed
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Prepare project reports, schedules, and budgets
- Review and approve contractor bids and change orders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
- Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must have valid own visa for employment

Salary:
This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of 1700$. Salary may be negotiable based on qualifications.
