Senior Architect - Contract Position (Moscow, Russia)


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team on a contract basis in Moscow, Russia. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet client requirements and are completed within budget and schedule. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various projects, from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions
- Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Oversee construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Manage project budget and schedule
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design standards and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Strong proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Russian is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated experience leading complex projects from inception to completion
