Immigration Attorney

Our law firm in Medina is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Immigration Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law and be able to handle a high volume of cases. This position offers a competitive salary of $1500 per month and the opportunity for growth within the firm.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding immigration matters
- Prepare and file various immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents
- Represent clients in immigration court proceedings
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in immigration laws
- Communicate with government agencies, courts, and clients on a regular basis
- Manage a caseload of diverse immigration cases

Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in Medina (or ability to obtain admission)
- Minimum of 2 years experience practicing immigration law
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with biometric passports and visa processes
- Prior experience working with foreign clients or in a multicultural environment
- Availability for part-time work with potential for full-time in the future
