IT Support Specialist


We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Jerusalem. This is a full-time position for an Indian national with experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems and software.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users by identifying and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, printers, and other peripherals
- Set up new user accounts and manage access permissions
- Maintain inventory of equipment and software licenses
- Collaborate with other team members to improve system performance and efficiency

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware, and software installation
- Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken) is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Jerusalem. Applicants must have their own valid visa to work in Israel.
