Mason Supervisor

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to oversee our construction projects in Eschen, Nepal. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of masons and ensuring that all construction work is completed efficiently and according to safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of masons.
- Evaluate project plans and ensure that materials, tools, and equipment are available for the job.
- Oversee the laying of bricks, stones, and other building materials to construct walls, chimneys, and other structures.
- Inspect work progress to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Train new masons on proper construction techniques and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of work hours, materials used, and progress reports.
- Communicate with contractors and project managers to provide updates on project status.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training in masonry is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a mason or in a supervisory role in construction.
- Proficiency in bricklaying techniques, using various tools such as trowels, levels, and plumb bobs.
- Good understanding of construction blueprints and ability to interpret them accurately.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor environments.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Eschen, Nepal.
