As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties. Your primary role will be to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of these properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them before they become major problems.
- Install and maintain fixtures such as lights, doors, windows, and appliances.
- Repair or replace damaged drywall, flooring, and other building materials.
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities.
- Communicate with property owners or managers to understand their specific needs and preferences.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry techniques.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset).
- Valid driver's license.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. You may be required to work on weekends or evenings depending on the needs of the properties. As a Handyman in Triesen, you will have access to all necessary tools and equipment to perform your job duties.
