We are a prestigious architecture firm based in Wiltz, seeking an experienced Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures, ensuring their longevity and cultural significance. This is an urgent job with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month, accommodation provided, and free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the history and significance of the building or structure
- Develop plans for restoration and preservation while adhering to local laws and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to oversee the project from start to finish
- Monitor progress of restoration work and ensure it meets design standards and specifications
- Utilize sustainable practices in preservation efforts
- Maintain detailed records of all restoration work for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Preservation Architect
- Extensive knowledge of preservation techniques, materials, and codes
- Familiarity with historic preservation laws and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and government officials
- Ability to conduct thorough research using various resources
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
