As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and systems that will drive our company's success.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
- Implement and deploy machine learning solutions into production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities for machine learning applications
- Conduct data exploration, data preprocessing, feature engineering and model evaluation
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing machine learning models
- Stay updated with the latest developments in machine learning and identify opportunities for their application within the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in developing machine learning solutions
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R or Java
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of data mining techniques and statistical analysis methods
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
