Contract Administrator (Indian Nationals) - Nairobi, Kenya
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract administration for our company, including negotiating terms and conditions, reviewing contracts for accuracy and compliance, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of all contract-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and vendors to ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
- Review contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain contract databases and files to ensure accurate record keeping.
- Monitor contract performance to ensure timely delivery of goods or services.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure all contractual obligations are met.
- Prepare reports on contract status, progress, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with legal counsel as needed to resolve any contract disputes or issues.
- Manage the renewal process for expiring contracts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Hindi is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Nairobi, Kenya on a contract basis.
