Senior Architect


A reputable architecture firm in Clairvaux is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the design and construction process for various projects. This includes creating project proposals, developing detailed designs, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Fluent in English (Nepali language skills are a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Create project proposals that meet clients' needs and budget constraints
- Develop detailed designs, including blueprints, 3D models, and drawings
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with the design plans
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review design plans for accuracy and make necessary revisions
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and building techniques

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this contract position. This job does not include accommodation but is suitable for men who are willing to relocate to Clairvaux.
