Resort Manager



We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury resort in Medina. As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all resort staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency throughout the resort.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies aimed at increasing occupancy rates.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local businesses to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Monitor resort facilities and equipment to ensure they are well-maintained and in good working order.
- Implement eco-friendly practices to promote sustainable tourism.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Resort Manager or similar role in a luxury establishment.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach to management.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of hotel management software systems (e.g. Opera) is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
